Cancellation or Date Change Policy

If a cancellation is made more than 5 business days before the date of the activity, 25% of the price charged for the service will be withheld or charged.

If a date change is made more than 5 business days before the activity date, the client will be entitled to reschedule the activity once at no additional cost. For a second date change, a 25% fee will be charged.

In the event of a cancellation or change between 48 hours and 5 business days before the date of the activity, 50% of the price charged for the service will be withheld or charged.

In the event of a cancellation or date change less than 48 business hours prior to the start of the event or if the participant does not attend, the entire event fee will be withheld or charged.
