The certification takes place over two days and covers the following topics
Day 1
Welcome and introduction
Welcome, ice-breaker activity and sharing of participants' needs and expectations;
Presentation of the company, its mission, psychometric assessments, orientation towards positive psychology and Global Fit with a position, manager, team and corporate culture;
Explanation of the scientific approach and the important standards to be respected in psychometrics: convergent validity, test-retest, samples, concurrent performance evaluation, back-translation, etc.
Day 1
Introducing the solutions
Introduction to assessments - cognitive ability, personality, preferences and interests, triple-bottom-line values;
Overview of the functionalities offered, in relation to employee selection, management and development needs;
Decision-making in employee management and development: overall compatibility, winning profile, fit, added value to the team.
Day 1
Psychometric scales
Explanation and analysis of potential assessment in terms of general cognitive ability and specific cognitive ability; potential issues, performance predictor, learning curve;
Self-assessment and understanding of the 5 factors and 14 personality traits (Big Five theory);
Results, scales, stanines and representation, as well as efficiency, productivity and success factors;
Day 2
In-depth psychometric analysis
Explanation of Organizational Preference Assessment and the Triple Bottom Line;
Evaluation and analysis of job suitability in a development context;
Development potential using psychometric assessment;
Day 2
Using the AtmanCo platform
Exploration of Atman tools and demonstration of the platform:
Discussions on the platform's functionalities;
Group feedback and sharing.
